Review ProcessAll documents concerning the Gemini Nucleus undergo a review process. Through the review process it is tried to raise the quality of the documents. The documents will grow and mature along the process. All documents have an owner and a version number and are entered into the CVS. Each document will be reviewed by a number of persons. The intended reviewers are mentioned in a list in the document. The table should have a number of free rows for previously unanticipated reviewers. Such a list might look like this:
Each reviewer is free to add comments, questions or anything he/she think will augment the quality of the document. The added text must be clearly separable from the original text. Like this: [name] added comments, questions, etc.The reviewer will then mark that he/she has reviewed the document by filling out the date field in the reviewers list. When the document has been reviewed by preferrably all (but maybe not always possible) intended reviewers, the document owner can update the document and put the new version into the CVS. The review process can restart from that point. |
